Terms of Service

By accessing or using LST Leadgen's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

LST Leadgen provides B2B lead generation and related marketing services as outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW) and these Terms. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per engagement in the SOW.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, and refrain from any unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data or materials you provide to us (such as lead criteria, domain access, or content) comply with applicable laws.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your SOW. We may suspend services in the event of non-payment, subject to the notice and grace period described in our Billing Policy.

LST Leadgen retains ownership of all website content, trademarks, methodologies, and underlying data. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials without prior written permission.

Work product delivered to you under an SOW (such as lead lists, copy, and reports) is licensed for your internal use as described in that SOW.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the services.

LST Leadgen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the SOW. Any outstanding fees for services already delivered become immediately due and payable upon termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
