We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email infrastructure vendors) strictly for the purpose of delivering our services.

We may disclose information when legally required — for example, in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request from law enforcement.

Payment processing is handled by external providers including Stripe, Wise, and Payoneer. Payment details are not stored on our servers.

At this time we do not implement end-to-end encryption or two-factor authentication on our internal systems. We continuously evaluate and improve our security posture.

Client information is retained for 30 days following termination of services, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion by writing to chirag@lstleadgen.com.

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
