Billing Policy

We operate three billing models, which are selected per engagement in your SOW:

• Pay-Per-Lead — you are billed only for qualified leads delivered, on the last day of every month.

• Retainer — a fixed monthly fee billed at the beginning of each month, covering the scope defined in your SOW.

• Retainer + Revenue Share — a smaller upfront retainer combined with a revenue-share component calculated per the terms of your SOW.

We accept payment via Stripe, Wise, and Payoneer. Invoices may be issued in USD or INR, as agreed in your SOW.

A 15-day grace period applies to all invoices. After the grace period, a 5% per day interest charge applies to any outstanding balance, and we reserve the right to suspend services until the balance is cleared.

Engagements run on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in the SOW. Cancellation requires written notice to chirag@lstleadgen.com.

Any leads or services delivered in the current billing cycle will be billed in full, even if cancellation notice is received mid-cycle.

If you dispute a charge, please contact us at chirag@lstleadgen.com within 30 days of the invoice date. We will investigate the dispute in good faith and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

Initiating a chargeback without first raising a dispute with us will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to a collections process.

For engagements that include a revenue-share component, you agree to provide reasonable access to your CRM and signed customer agreements so that we can verify revenue attributed to leads we delivered.

All payments are non-refundable, subject to the deliverables section of your SOW. This Billing Policy is governed by the laws of India.
